Hi everyone, I just wanted to say that the family search pilot now has the Baja California Sur Catholic records 1750-1983 so it might help someone out there.

    Thank you Daniel,
I was looking at the films for the Misón de Santa Gertrudis, Baja California
Sur on Friday at the Family History Library in Salt Lake City, Utah. Now I
can look at them from home! Thanks for the heads up!

Baja California -- where are Norte records??

Hi there. If anyone knows...I noticed that Tijuana and Ensenada are listed in the BC Sur records. Does anyone know if there is a separate index for BC Norte? I am specifically in need of Mexicali, BC Norte. I know that Mexicali was not incorporated until the 1902-1905, or so...but one of my branches was established there in the 1930's.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

    Gracias!
